- 3/4 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 10 ounces salad greens
- 1/4 cup basil-flavored olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 4 large tomatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 cup chopped Texas Pecans
