Salad Greens with Pecans & Fresh Basil

  • 3/4 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil or 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 10 ounces salad greens
  • 1/4 cup basil-flavored olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 4 large tomatoes, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 cup chopped Texas Pecans

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together.
