Ordering and pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We make every effort to display products, prices, and availability accurately, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and will refund you in full. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send you a confirmation.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards, processed by Authorize.net. Charges will appear on your card statement as BRAGG PECANS. If you do not recognize a charge from us, please contact us before disputing it with your bank so we can identify the order for you.
When you place an order, your card is authorized for the order total. Your card is charged when we prepare your order for shipment. If we cannot fulfill your order, the authorization is released and no charge is made.
Shipping, returns, and cancellations
Our Shipping & Return Policy forms part of these terms. Because we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of food items once they have shipped. Please read that policy before ordering.
Product information and allergens
Our products are food items. Pecans and products containing them are tree nuts. If you or a recipient has a food allergy, please review the product description and contact us before ordering. Our products are packed in a facility that handles tree nuts and may contain traces of other allergens.
Use of this website
You may use this site to browse and buy our products. You may not use it to attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, test stolen payment cards, interfere with its operation, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. We may refuse or cancel any order, and may restrict access to the site, at our discretion.
